We were in need of someone to put back together our finished basement after we had an unexpected and horrible plumbing experience of replacing all the cracked cast iron pipes in the floor of our basement. We needed a complete tear down and renovation. Chicago Reno came in and was absolutely phenomenal; from coming out for the initial quote, to the final second when the project was finished. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. Ben, in the office, who I probably talked to too much (sorry Ben), was very professional, super easy to talk to and always got back to me quickly, if I had to leave a message.
